A qualified Chartered Accountant, and an Insolvency Professional (IIPICAI), DISA (ICAI), FAFD (ICAI), and CCAB (ICAI), having a rich experience of over 31 years in finance, treasury, taxation, corporate laws, audit matters, and corporate management advisory. His experience as a Chartered Accountant includes providing advisory services in Corporate Debt Restructuring/Strategic Debt Restructuring and Providing Scheme of Arrangement across multiple sectors including Paper, Iron and Steel, Cable, Automotive Solution, Publishing and Electronic Industry, and Real Estate Sector. He has been a practicing Insolvency Professional for over 6 years and has diligently, effectively, and efficiently handled 10+ Insolvency matters by conducting CIR process and providing resolution plans as IRP/RP. He has worked in personal insolvency and Bankruptcy matters along with providing consultancy and advisory services related to CIRP and Liquidation Matters, preparation of Resolution Plans, Corporate Debt Restructuring advisory services.

He is a member of a worldwide federation, InSol International, which provides national associations of accountants, and lawyers specializing in Turnaround and Insolvency.
